There are many different books, articles, videos, blogs and other resources out there telling you how to start a business. This is not by any means an end all be all resource, I won’t claim to know everything there is to know about starting and running a business. Instead this is meant to be a simple to follow and understand guide to help those looking to start a business, or improve a business that may have gone stagnant and is no longer seeing growth.
Do what you know and concentrate on providing value, the money will follow
The above quote is from a very successful client of mine, he said it during a conversation we had regarding the success of his first business, and his approach to his next venture. I use examples like his, some of my own experiences, and experiences from other business owners I know. I’m a firm believer that its good to learn from the success of others, but also from their mistakes and avoid making the same mistakes.
